The Davis Autism Approach® is a groundbreaking program created by an autistic individual for autistic individuals. It offers a respectful, non-invasive, and truly empowering way to support neurodivergent people—especially those on the autism spectrum—in making sense of the world and finding their place within it.
Unlike methods that aim to change behavior or “fix” autism, the Davis Autism Approach recognizes autism as a difference, not a deficit. We see individuals on the spectrum as highly aware, deeply perceptive, and often incredibly advanced in ways the world doesn’t always understand. What they need is support navigating a world that can feel overwhelming, chaotic, or confusing. This program provides that support in a gentle, structured, and intuitive way—building from the inside out. A Roadmap to Participation in Life Through the Davis Autism Approach, individuals engage with a carefully-sequenced series of core life concepts—such as change, consequence, time, order, and responsibility—that form the foundation of how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world.
