Adult Dyslexia Seminars

It is estimated that 10-15% of the population, or approximately 30 million Americans, are Dyslexic. This includes adults. Some may find that number surprising - but the truth of the matter is that dyslexic adults today are often undiagnosed and, therefore, unaware that their difficulties may be caused by Dyslexia. If you have difficulties with reading, writing, spelling or suspect that you might be Dyslexic, please join us for this informative seminar:

  • The Dyslexic Thinking Style
  • Why symbols cause difficulties in reading, writing, spelling, and math
  • Characteristics of Adult Dyslexia – signs to look for
  • The root cause of Dyslexia—A new perspective
  • Overview of Davis® Dyslexia Correction Program
  • No weekly visits...! How adults can benefit from the one-week, intensive program.
  • Q&A
Seating is limited - Pre-registration is required.

Math + Dyslexia = Dyscalculia Seminars

Math difficulties can be incredibly frustrating for everyone involved. Dyscalculia, the word used to describe "math dyslexia" is actually very common but is often undiagnosed.  Therefore, many families are unaware that their difficulties with math may be symptoms of Dyslexia.

If you, a loved one, or a student have difficulties with simple math facts, rote memorization of steps/math procedures, have reversals with numeral or "careless mistakes," Dyscalculia/Dyslexia may be the cause. Please join us for this informative seminar that will cover:

  • The Dyslexic Thinking Style and how it relates to math
  • Why symbols cause difficulties with mastering math
  • Concepts that are critical to understanding math
  • The root cause of Dyslexia/Dyscalculia—A new perspective
  • Overview of Davis® Math Mastery Program
  • Q&A
Seating is limited - Pre-registration is required.
