Adult Dyslexia Seminars
It is estimated that 10-15% of the population, or approximately 30 million Americans, are Dyslexic. This includes adults. Some may find that number surprising - but the truth of the matter is that dyslexic adults today are often undiagnosed and, therefore, unaware that their difficulties may be caused by Dyslexia. Math + Dyslexia = Dyscalculia Seminars Math difficulties can be incredibly frustrating for everyone involved. Dyscalculia, the word used to describe "math dyslexia" is actually very common but is often undiagnosed. Therefore, many families are unaware that their difficulties with math may be symptoms of Dyslexia. If you, a loved one, or a student have difficulties with simple math facts, rote memorization of steps/math procedures,have reversals with numeral or "careless mistakes," Dyscalculia/Dyslexia may be the cause.
